Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

A complete, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the beginning. This video is required to verify that the parcel and its contents were not altered during transit or after delivery. Claims regarding incorrect items, sizes, colors, missing products, or damaged items may not be approved without an uncut unboxing video.
Return Request Period
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your request and the required information, our support team will review your case. This process may take 3–7 business days.
Refunds
If your claim is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable, or by another mutually agreed method.

Refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
Replacements
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, washed, or intentionally damaged.
